My critique of the FINE interview process is entirely their "Career History Form". The questions range from inappropriate ("How was your education financed?"), to outdated, exacting info that verged on silly (high school extracurriculars and summer jobs). The actual interviews speaking with people were lovely and HR was very communicative. I'd just recommend they take another look at that additional form. Bare minimum remove the "who paid for your college" question.
