Very easy interview process. Hired fairly quick, started a week later. Work phone and laptop was provided. Done work was remote which allowed a better work/ life balance. Pay is negotiable and company is growing.

I was contacted by email about this opening. I responded to said e mail that I was interested. After being given an opportunity to go in on a Saturday I agreed to meet with the Assistant Operations Manager. The interview abruptly ended after about ten minutes. When asked what compensation I expected I shot out a reasonable amount considering the qualifications that were advertised for the position. I have 90 percent of them. They contacted ME.
