Entrevista
Very smooth and quick. Kathy called me and coordinated everything from A to Z with great professionalism. The process took about 3-4 weeks.
1. I had the first touch with Kathy, then
2. a technical phone interview (about 1hour), then
3. an on-site interviews with the team in San Rafael, then
4. short phone interview with the VP of analytic, then
5. written test,
The process seems long, but it wasn't actually.

The recruiter here is amazing, knows the company, gave the salary range up front, was friendly and nice in the interview, However, the interviewers said that wanted to move forward but I never heard back even after following up with the recruiter

The interview is very typical with the first round with HR. The second interview was 30 min with the hiring manager. This was more to determine fit and it provided a better explanation of the role. The last round is a panel interview with 4-5 team members that include a presentation of previous analytical work/project. There will also be a technical coding round during the panel interview in addition to the presentation.

Tell me about a time you have made a mistake and how did you deal with it?
The interview lasted for about 30 minutes. The interviewer started with introducing himself, the company and the role. Then followed by resume questions and some tech questions. The interview was gentle and talkative.
