I applied for a job . They emailed me and asked me to give them a call which I did and they scheduled an interview at Saturday. I was there promptly. They asked me if I had experience in the job, I said no because the ads online was clearly stated that no experience needed. The interviewer looked very busy and the office was very disorganized. They told me that I should start from a lower position and asked me a copy of my resume to be submitted to the person in charge. I didn't have chance to speak. I've never heard back. There was no interview at all. They could have told me by phone so I didn't need to go there in person.
