So you send in your application on there website and wait to see if they're interested in you. If they are, you'll receive an email to setup a phone interview. Pretty straight forward phone call say yes to all y/n question if you want to get hired, and actually be ok with it. mostly about the pay, shifts, room, hours, and some I-9 question. Your experience level , where you worked at, are you currently working, where at, how long, etc. some safety question. like name 2 safety points when using a epj.

Phone interview and fly out the next day. Not hard to get hired as long you are experience and not traveling on company’s dime to have a vacation instead of working.

Simple, got hired with in a week and sent to a jobsite no less then a week after that. Pretty much got hired and assigned a job the next day. Everybody I talked to was super nice and made the process as easy as possible
