Meet in person with the hiring manager. He was looking for someone with good sales cold calling experience & most of his questions were focused on this skillset. I did not have to have any prior work knowledge of the recycling industry. The hiring manager gave me the impression that he was going to be very hard to work for & wasn't very personable. But he did offer to provide me with recycling industry work knowledge.
