Panel interview with technical based questions. The answers provided will be scored individually by each person on the panel. They will then get back to you with their results. The interviewers are welcoming and try to establish a rapport with you.

Games test then interview call then assessment day with 3 people - be aware of the assessment day where no matter how well you answer if there is no diversity among 3 interviewers for an ethnic minority, chances of getting through are low
