The final stage interviews were implemented over Zoom. All the candidates were waiting in a Zoom lobby to be called up and transferred to their 1-to-1 interview, with each candidate having a total of 3 interviews with 3 different people. I waited 1.5 hours and didnt even get a first interview, while others were already finishing. I left the zoom call and withdrew my application. Poor interview experience.

Abysmal, unprepared. The offer is a low a ball. If you leave before the 2 years is up you pay them 300k. They weren't even sure what role they were recruiting for
