I interviewed at FDM Group, Toronto. The whole interview process was well organized. I applied for a job opening on their website and got a call 2 days later. A telephone interview was scheduled a week after that. The recruiter did an initial screening with some basic technical questions and some questions about FDM. A video interview followed that had behavioral questions and an online aptitude test. On clearing this, I was invited to the office for the Assessment Day. Had 2 face-to-face interviews: 1 technical and another behavioral. There were 2 games that had to be played on the iPad (20 minutes each). Time management is very important during these games. People on the floor were very friendly. We were provided with pizza and pop for lunch!
