3 interviews each asking 4 questions.
3 tests (it aptitude was the hardest)
The math was the shortest if I passed anyone can I'm terrible at math
The ven diagram test was quite hard but again if I can do it anyone can.
The assessment day took all day and there were around 16 of us.
I got a call the day after that I had the job.

It is a four stage process first is a phone interview, a video interview, some psychometric tests that you do online attached to the video interview link and then the final stage is an assessment centre.

The interview process was extensive but overall a good test of my skills to see if I could handle the job. It was 3/4 individual interviews and aptitude tests for Maths & English.

An example of one was "Tell me a time when you had to work to a deadline"
Psychometric tests, video interview, face to face interview. Not difficult. Some sections are long and require concentration. That's to get in to FDM. Once you're in, you have to do the same to get in with clients.
