It starts with some brain teaser questions. And then their employees talked to you about your experience. No hard questions. I did well in the brain teaser questions. And their feedback for me was good. However, because some of the issue they did't give me the final answer and the waiting time lasted for 5 months. Then they said they cannot bring more people who need H1B or sponsorship on board. So it is kind of rejection, I guess. Good interview experience. Bad follow-up after interview. And bad decision making progress.
