The process took 3 steps: HR interview, tech interview with a tech challenge, and manager interview. All these steps in two months, it takes some time between the HR interview and others, but the next two steps are fast.

They will ideally have experience working with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Sketch 3. Experience level- how many projects have you accomplished so far? What’s your biggest challenge on them? 4. Software Development Life Cycle - Right from planning until deployment execute their strategies for better delivery? 5. Collaboration and Teamwork Skills - This is useful in understanding an applicant’s capability of blending into teams. 6) Portfolio Exploring – showcasing their works could give insight into verifying technical capacity. 7) Processes & Best Practice

Entrevista
I applied online and then had a telephone interview. I was asked about my background and experience and what I'm looking for in my next role. I was told I would be sent a task that should not take long. After the interview I received the task that was 2 parts, so 2 different tasks and would actually take longer. Later I completed the task and sent it back. Then I didn't hear anything back. What a waste of time.
