      Shocking. Decided to send them my CV to test it for other companies. A few months later they called me and convinced me to go with it. Unexpected calls during work time, they were really pushing me into going forward. I decided to go forward to the next steps, convinced by all the sweet talk about being this comprehensive company that would do whatever to accommodate my needs. Flew through all the tests and requirements only to be negated at the team leader interview. Once I was asked about how I felt about the interview, I recognized possible issues with the session, which were given as the reason for my rejection. However, the reason was so random and contradictory to what HR had been telling me about the company, so I decided to send them an email asking for more details regarding the team leader's feedback, as I was invited by HR to do so. Never received a reply or email after that final call, which was surprising given they were constantly calling me during the first steps. Excruciating was the fact that they insisted on speaking English, which is alright for me, but their fluence was atrocious. Having an accent is all fine and gives a person character but that level of messing up the verbs and mixing up english with Portuguese was so surprising to a company known for demanding impeccable english on the sweatshop they call their office. A tip for those desperate: they will make you an absolute garbage of an offer at first, even if you have a long experience, to the point that the call becomes humiliating. So, make sure to negotiate your salary if you're applying to any other department besides the entry level. Farfetch does not have a fixed salary, so a 400€ difference between teammates is very common.

      Regular behavioural questions are spread out through different sessions. (2 or 3 with HR, 1 with team leader). Instead of operational questions, they will ask you repeatedly if you know the company and how much of its history you know, so get ready for that.
