The whole process took more than 2 hours. It was a group interview, so we all gathered in the lobby and waited for about 40 minutes, they were running late I guess. Then finally we were greeted and welcomed to the room. It took about half an hour to discuss the interview questions, they were mainly regarding the company itself, like what do we know about it and how we would act in certain situations as a customer service representative. After that we were told that we should wait to call our names for the next step. It was 7-8 people besides me, and in at least 30 minutes they called just one of us. The HR guys were friendly but I wish the whole process was slightly faster.

Diviso in 5 step: conoscitivo, approfondimento sulle esperienze lavorative, business case e discussione, approfondimento su situazioni comportamentali, colloquio finale. Processo di selezione abbastanza veloce (in una settimana ero arrivata già al terzo step). HR e area manager ti mettono a tuo agio.
