No real interview. Only in person interview would be someone from their security review if it comes to that. Interview is really the background, medical research, psych test, and personality test you take in the initial entrance exam.

Did you ever commit crimes, felonies, DUI, drugs/alcohol, do you like to start fires, hear voices, etc.
