Contact through email --> Interview --> update via email --> Selection --> Medical and BG checks The process is pathetic and takes months to complete, no HR/Recruiter discussion happens and they only communicate from Thailand via email and there is no way one could figure out what has happened as an outcome unless they reply back that you are through the rounds. I have been interviewed for 4 months (5 rounds) and after successful completion I went for medical and background check and those also cleared smoothly. Post that as per their email within 1 week you are supposed to get offer letter and confirmation but for my case again no reply and after multiple follow- up (3-4 weeks) finally I got some update that my profile doesnt match the requirements and I am not selected. Imagine the situation being a candidate where you go through months of interview and clear all rounds and just at the edge they reply its not suiting. My takeways: 1. Pathetic company culture 2. Suggestion to all not to join/interview such a company 3. Very poor communication and not a pleasant experience. 4. No transparency and knowledge between employees, HR and recruiter 5. Fake promises and words from upper management. 6. No career growth in such companies where overall process is horrible and no one cannot be trusted at all in whatever fancy career path they talk about.
