Didn't get an interview, applied for the position and had to reach out to the HR department. While I have years of management experience and fit the requirements, I received an email rejecting me for the position that stating that I did not fit the role.

It took about 2 weeks for a call, I was interviewed by a Manager. Then a about half and hour later the District Manager. The interview was relaxed and professional. The District Manager interview was done via Team Meet. Easy to down load and set up. I received an offer via e-mail within an hour.

Panel interview. Everyone was very friendly, easy to talk with. Great info about their culture. I felt listened to and was able to ask them questions also. Was offered a 2nd interview at the end.

Okay process had to talk to a person for an initial interview to talk to hiring manager. Questions where not that difficult overall sales and customer service driven. Did not accept job due to better paying options. Overall not sure about company with its pay.
