Applied online received a phone call about a month later. Had a phone interview, invited for a face to face interview asked to bring hard copy of resume; interviewed by a panel of 3; tell us about yourself, what is your greatest accomplishment to date)customer service and managerial based questions.

The interview questions are customer service based and "how would you handle" various scenarios...what do you know about the company.

It took about 2 weeks for a call, I was interviewed by a Manager. Then a about half and hour later the District Manager. The interview was relaxed and professional. The District Manager interview was done via Team Meet. Easy to down load and set up. I received an offer via e-mail within an hour.

What are you values? How do you feel about honesty and integrity.
Panel interview. Everyone was very friendly, easy to talk with. Great info about their culture. I felt listened to and was able to ask them questions also. Was offered a 2nd interview at the end.

Okay process had to talk to a person for an initial interview to talk to hiring manager. Questions where not that difficult overall sales and customer service driven. Did not accept job due to better paying options. Overall not sure about company with its pay.
