Our interview process does include an opportunity for candidates to participate in a take-home project, which allows them to have a sense for the type of work they will be involved in should they decide to join us. We ensure candidates are working on fictional problems or providing insights to challenges we have already overcome. The main purpose of these projects is to help our hiring panel understand a candidate’s thought process as well as their problem-solving skills, and also gives us an opportunity to access the candidate’s skills and understanding of the role.
