The process begins with an online application. Give it a week or so after the application window closes to get a call back (I believe they give everyone that applies a chance to come in for the group interview) almost a hundred people in all competed for about 10 slots. The group interview consist of a sit down in a conference room where they give an overview of the company via PowerPoint and they go around and ask you to give brief introduction of yourself. The most important part of the group interview is the 30 minute test for knowledge of time zones for example: What time would Susie arrive in Houston on a 2 and a half hour flight from Detroit if she left at 06:00 a.m? The answer is 7:30. (IMPORTANT TO DO WELL BECAUSE THIS IS THE ONLY CHANCE YOU HAVE OF A CALL BACK FOR THE SECOND INTERVIEW.) The Second Interview is usually a 2 on 1 interview asking you basic questions about 15-30 minutes have a second resume and blue and black pens, not too hard just be confident and truthful. They will then call you letting you know if you had the job or not in a few days once interviews have ended.
