Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Express (Norfolk, VA) en jun 2015
Entrevista
Called me up and scheduled me with an interview with the store manager. Interview was casual and laid-back. Interviewer was very nice and was also present for my orientation. However, he did not discuss salary with us (minimum wage) until the very end of our training session. He also did not mention having to be on-call until the very end of the orientation- both points that would have caused me to turn down employment. I think it was unprofessional to leave out these details until the very end.

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.

Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
