I went into the store to apply for seasonal work. I picked up an application and filled it out the same day. I dropped off the application and spoke with one of the managers for a few minutes. He looked over the application and asked if I had any problems being late or not showing up for work. I responded no. He then told me that they could only offer 8 dollars an hour. I really needed the work because I had been unemployed for 4 months. He hired me on the spot.
