Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Express (Lone Tree, CO) en sept 2012
Entrevista
Submitted an application online and was called within a couple days, was asked to come in for a group interview. There were 5 of us being interviewed together. Kind of weird but I think they were just looking to hire as many of us as they could. She said they were looking to hire about 15 part-timers, and the average # of hours weekly is about 15, and shifts are 4-5 hours maximum. She checked out our references over the next couple days, then called to offer me a position. I didn't accept because I was looking for something with more hours and longer shifts and didn't like how impersonal it all was.

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.

Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
