Simply turn in an application to the manager on duty at the store you want to work in. If they like you, they will give you a phone call. Usually the interviews are done in groups so you won't be interviewing alone. You will also be put to the test by having you work on the floor to see how comfortable you are with guest interaction.

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.

Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
