Applied online on a Sunday, received a the next day to come in for an interview later in the week. The interview went very smoothly. I came in earlier, talked to a couple of the other sales associate, then went in for my interview (single interview). The manager asked a "Why Express?" (VERY obvious question, EXPECT IT!), "What would you do if a customer was angry because a product was not in-store?," and what my availability was like. He got into contact with my references and a week later I got a call to come into job orientation (which was only me).

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.

Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
