Group Interview. The hiring manager did not dress appropriately, wearing a leggings and a club-wear shirt. Express at Cross County did not follow up at all after the interview although I did the best at answering the questions. Came in twice to ask about my application status. Was brushed off and dismissed very rudely. Did not enjoy the interview at all. Should be more professional people in management and needs major improvements in their hiring procedure.

Applied online and was contacted to set up an interview time. Went to the store for the interview and they asked me some basic questions and about my retail experience. Called me back about 2 weeks later offering me the job.

Entrevista
It was a group interview and we all went around answering questions. Everybody had good answers and I didn't even receive an offer. I thought I was going to get hired because I answered my questions to the best of my ability.

Got called in for a group interview with 2 other people. Then got called in for a brief meeting with one of the managers - a one-on-one interview that lasted 5-10 minutes.
