A had a phone interview with the Express Emplyment Professionals recruiter for a sales position at a small, local company. I passed that step & was invited for an in-persin interview at that small company. The recruiter called me the morning of the interview to check-in and asked me to call her after my interview, which I did. She told me she would call me after she spoke with the hiring manager. But, she never followed up with me on the phone or through e-mail. She completely ghosted me. A complete lack of professionalism, would not recommend working with this firm.
