The Zoom interview was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had. The interviewer seemed disengaged, didn’t have any prepared questions, and instead asked me to lead the conversation by asking her questions. At one point, she even paused the interview to respond to a message. It felt incredibly unprofessional. I followed up with an email afterward but never received a response. A week later, I got the standard rejection email with no feedback or acknowledgment.
