I applied online and went through 3 rounds. The first round was with the VP quite a good and positive chat. Right after the call i got an email that she want me to team lead. Again a good interview very positive. Post this round i was sent a case study and send it across. I put my heart and soul in this. After i sent there was radio silence. I had to follow up 3 times on the next step. Then i get an email after 10 days to present. When i was presenting the team was hardly interested it looked like they already liked someone else and this was a tick mark so that I dont follow up. The funny part is they have not hired anyone till date. Not sure what is this gimmick all about.
