There is no phone interview they jump directly to a one on one meeting. After, there is another meeting and technical test. Awkward interview with very little preparation, they're not on time. Complete waste of time.

As another person mentioned, they lack of structure in an interview. They just ask whatever question pops in their head at a given moment. Usually an interview starts with a presentation of a company the position the candidate applied, etc. On top of that the tech lead was basically trying to see if I lied in my resume and started ask questions as to trap me, guy thinks he's a private detective. He seems to have outdated knowledge on software architecture. They were about 15 minutes late, didn't even bother to apologize, they treated me as if I was a liar and they lacked organization during the first interview. If the interview process if bad itself, you can imagine the rest. Being a laid back company doesn't justify bad manners.
