Really positive interview; the job is explained in detail and the purposes of all the aspects were discussed in length. The clients of the company were talked over, explaining the reasoning behind why these clients use Explain and why the job was important in maximising their customer service. I would have preferred meeting with the call-centre manager but nonetheless, enjoyable and well managed.
