I interviewed with a recruiter from Experis. I did a phone interview. Then had to do an improptu teams call. At this point the recruiter was getting pushy with asking for things the day of. Next I had to to do an online assessment. The online assessment was broken and had to use Mozilla just to open and install correctly (legacy create react app). The assessment was an easy todo app with some light react and styling questions. I completed it within an hour and sent it over. The next day I asked for an update and didn't receive a response from the recruiter until the following week. The timing was very poor as the company was deciding by the end of the week. The recruiter ghosted me and replied the following week explaining my assessment wasn't strong enough. I was very shocked at the reasoning as the exercises was very remedial. Don't waste your time with this company, they are disorganized and will not follow up with applicants.
