I had a couple phone calls before I went in to the office. When I went into the office, I talked with practically everyone there, and it all seemed to mostly be a test of my personality since I'm getting hired to get trained right out of school. But I really liked everyone I talked to and liked the vibe, so I fit well.

The overall interview process did take more than two months and I was often left to contact the recruiter directly for next steps. Once the interviews began, they were comprehensive, engaging, and I was made to feel comfortable at all times. Total of 4 interviews before an offer was presented.

Entrevista
They called me to double-check my resume and experience before deciding it wasn't a fit. They weren't clear and wanted to speak to me before sending me an automatic rejection. This also helped me hone my resume further.
