- Technical Round 1 completed on May 6th & HR called and informed I cleared it. - Technical Round 2 completed on May 9th & HR informed I cleared it and told me to wait for the Manager Round - Next days got an update from HR that, as Manager is working from onsite they are finding it difficult to schedule next round. - Next day another HR2 called and informed me that I have cleared round 1 and told me to be ready for round 2 again. - When I informed HR2 that both my technical rounds are completed and I am waiting for Manager round, she argued to me that in their system its only showing my first round is completed. - I called HR1 to investigate on this, she replied don't worry its only a miss from their side and please wait for Manger round. - After 2 days when I contacted HR1 she told me that I haven't qualified 2nd round that's why Manger not ready to attend my interview. - That's strange !!! Isn't it ? Still I don't understand how they are running the recruitment process in this company as there is not transparency between the HR department and the Managers. Experion has shown a very pathetic, unprofessional and untrustworthy way of handling things when it comes to recruiting. So dear aspirants beware and please don't blindly believe Experion Technology's recruitment process, they will drop you at any point of the process saying silly reasons.
