Had a telephonic interview which was more like a discussion about previous experience. Then went for Face to Face, which was for about an 1 hour , was asked couple to technical questions and also some HR questions like - Do you think you are progressive worker, hard worker or mart worker... something like that. Then was given a test paper (subjective) to complete, which had definition type questions, difference between this and that.

The interview started with some technical exam that includes Java, Cobol, Critical Thinking and MySQL. After you finished the technical test, you will proceed to have another interview session with 2 interviewers where they evaluate your technical test and where you speak about past experiences.
