!st step is a credit check. They send you a link to fill out information, they go through this company called First Advantage, who does a 3 bureau credit report. My older credit history is shaky because of previous unemployment, for the last two years everything has been paid on time. I was sent a copy of my report and then a few days later was sent a letter from the first advantage company saying I did not qualify based on Experian's hiring criteria.

Very relaxed, casual, informal. Did the 1st interview, was then invited for 2nd interview, which went well. Was then told to expect an answer in the next few days....and I think you know what's coming... ... That's right! Absolutely nothing. It seems that 'ghosting' is what they do at Experian, which, in this day and age, and for a company which prides itself in employee wellbeing, is pretty poor, let's be honest. Despite emailing the recruitment team, absolutely no contact was made with me, essentially meaning the whole thing was a waste of time. Just be aware if you for an interview here - read the other reviews, and you'll find this isn't an isolated case; they simply don't care enough to at least let you know you haven't been successful. Forewarned is forearmed.
