I was scheduled for 30 min phone interview. There was no technical question asked. Later I was not informed anything about the result. I got no reply after week. Later after the 2nd week, i got a response that the person forgot and added that they are moving with other candidates. PATHETIC !!! If Hiring manager is like this means, not sure how the company growth would be !!! Learn to respect the candidates
