Phone interview with brief coding exercise. On site interview included one technical presentation and three short discussions with different members of the team. Each discussion ended with a short exercise (coding + ml concepts).

This is the fastest-moving interview process I have ever participated in! Everyone I worked with was polite and professional. I received an email from a recruiter, where we scheduled a phone call to discuss my background and interests. A couple of days later, I had another brief phone interview with two senior employees. One week from my initial contact, I flew to D.C. for an on-site interview, where I gave a talk and then was interviewed by about six people total, two at a time. Some of the questions had me elaborate on my prior experience, and some were technical questions. Finally, I had a conversation with the senior leadership.
