Entrevista
I was contacted by the recruiter via email within days of submitting my resume. The scheduling of the interview was very prompt. I was told to reserve about 6 hours for the day of the interview. The actual time taken was 5 hours.
I met with the hiring manager, a peer of the hiring manager, the supervisor for the hiring manager, a peer program manager and a peer at my position.
Everyone was very well informed on the business model and expected a level of understanding of the space Expedia operates in. So make sure to research the company, the business process and figure out how your career experience has prepared you to work at Expedia.
The peer interview was a bit unpleasant and the person was somewhat confrontational. He was more interested in demonstrating his intelligence than validating my competence. If you have any questions, feel free to ask for clarifications. It also gives you some time to process your answer without having extended periods of silence.

Entrevista
The interview process was overall very good - it was conversational and was more of a discussion as opposed to the routine interrogation. The interviewers made me feel comfortable and also tried to understand my views on certain aspects of the role. I had one phone round and 3 onsite face to face interviews (single day). The first two interviews went well in terms of discussion. The last interview was the complete opposite. The interviewer was constantly doing something on the laptop and rarely made eye contact, seemed totally uninterested in the chat. The 3rd interviewer was also more interested in job titles held previously as opposed to the actual work done in terms of roles and responsibilities as well as expertise. I got a feeling that the interview was just a formality for rejection. Till date, after almost 6 weeks I havent received any feedback. I know at this point I am not selected but I expect some one liner at least stating that I was not selected. I had invested time, money and energy in the process along with the interviewers and I expect some feedback at the very least.

Entrevista
Applied online via Expedia Careers, received an email with basic questionnaire, completed it and was scheduled for a phone call. After the phone call, I was scheduled for an onsite interview and a Skype type web interview. It is a breeze if you have truly worked and you will sweat it out if you are trying to cover up. Be honest and present yourself, your experience and your technical knowledge.
