Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Expedia Group (Bellevue, WA) en jun 2011
Entrevista
Six interview meetings with various internal groups. Seemed to be going very well. The person that I would be working for seemed to be a good fit. HR was final meeting. I was then advised that I didn't have enough of a tech background. Since I was working for a very similar company in the same job, it must have been something else, but I was not provided any specifics.

The first meetings had many technical questions, which seemed to go well. The final meeting with HR seemed to be a very casual meeting, which appeared to be more of an analysis of personality fit. This was difficult to determine what was being evaluated.

long process that took 4 months and included 6 interviews. Everyone I spoke with was nice. All questions where "tell me about a time." I had to nudge the recruiter for updates and the time to hear back took some time.

Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Expedia Group (New York, NY)
Entrevista
Really long and tiring process that took over 3 months, which turned out to be a waiting game and wasting a lot of everyone's time. Don't scare talents away and reduce the bureaucracy in the process.
There are politics at the top. You get to move forward and upward based on who you know.
No feedback was given when asked. Negative interview experience.
HR in Seattle good, Hiring Manager in Paris not so good. Not what I expected. Based on internet site supposed to be competency based focused questions, in reality, more technical questions.
