Whole process took more than month. First was a strengths-based skills assessment. Next was a HireVue screening which was high-key annoying but they asked questions about specifically content design in that one. Last was the Interview Day which was 2 1-hour back-to-back interviews. First part was a content design conversational case study where they give you a prompt and you have to ask questions and step them through your thought process of how you approach the problem and involve stakeholders. Second was behavioral questions. My advice would be don't really prepare much in terms of researching Expedia but practice examples for the behavioral questions because they expect super concise answers. I heard back a week after the final interview and was upset not getting the offer but I was able to get feedback from the Early Careers recruiter who was super sweet.
