Entrevista
There were technical questions, problem-solving questions, cultural fit and leadership potential assessments. Initially there was a phone screen with the hiring manager. Then I met in person with several team members in two locations, and all but one were completely prepared, professional, friendly, and serious about making a good investment for the company by finding the best fit. I found the entire process to be pleasant yet challenging in a good way, and it was a good indication of the high quality of co-workers I now work with.

Applied online. After a month, HR recruiter call; the following week, hiring manager interview. Fairly straightforward process., 45 mins of background introduction, questions about leadership, how I worked with difficult stakeholder, how I simplified a process, how i worked cross functionally , do you have questions for me. A few days after interview w hiring manager, received rejection letter.

The interview process started with a HR screen. Then, there was a technical interview, panel interview, leadership interview. It was conducted all on zoom. There were last minute changes to the schedule which was not ideal.

Behavioral (use STAR framework) and problem-solving questions
● 15-min recruiter phone screen
● 1-hour hiring manager interview
● 3-hour interview loop with a few managers
Mostly behavioral/situational questions and concrete examples are expected.
Interviewers were very professional and courteous.
Recruiter was responsive. Process took longer than expected timeline of 2 weeks.
