Had a call with the recruiter who told me I was already shortlisted but asked me a few questions on why I applied and what makes me stand out - the recruiter said they focus more on extra curricular activities or other jobs/even part time jobs that I have had in the past.
Then, I have a conversation style interview with an Area Manager one week later, who asked why i love travel, do I travel myself and what motivates me.

Three stages with three different people. They move pretty quickly which is nice. Typically all from the same department as well! They ask more thought provoking questions than job specific ones

The first stage was a hirevue interview with basic questions like why do you want to join Expedia, when was a time you struggled, introductions, and etc. it took about fifteen minutes to finish the video interview and it also included a few questions about availability
