I received an invitation to complete a task and a video interview shortly after submitting my application. This seemed a bit too much of a hassle for basically a call centre position, but okay. A couple of days after submitting this a recruiter got in touch to invite me for an actual interview on the premises. I must say, the space is very elegant and designed with good taste which creates a very good impression from the outset. The interviewers were very friendly and outgoing, the entire conversation was very laid back. We focused on my previous job experiences, discussed various initiatives that I brought to the attention of my previous employers. Overall, it was more of a dialogue. As for the cons, feedback took quite a while to come in. And it was not really much of a feedback, just the standard template with expressions of regret about me not being a great fit. I do understand that they get a tremendous response from job seekers, but it's a bit upsetting that they reject applicants with very good credentials without providing detailed feedback. Moreover, the template was sent out by the recruiter only after I wrote to check in regarding the promised feedback. I doubt they would have sent me a response at all. This kinda spoiled the fun a bit. Overall, I liked the atmosphere but will be hesitant to apply in the future.

I was contacted via email by HR as they wanted to arrange a phone interview with me but never heard back....This is not professional at all.I even wrote a 2nd email asking if they received my previous emails,no answer to this day.
