      I sent my application and received an email with a date of possible phonecall. They didn't call. They even didn't write me any email with apology. This situation happened twice. Than they invited me to personal interview in their office. I was already there, when the guy who was supposed to have this meeting with me called me and informed me that he can't make it today. And again. When I came there for another interview, noone was waiting for me. Of course I had to contact them every time and ask what is happening, as they were not able to contact me first. After phonecall, writing a test and 3 interviews (they mentioned that there will be just two) they declined my application. But guess what. I had to write them 3 emails to get this information. Nightmare. Worst hiring experience ever. Recommend to people with highly masochistic personality.

      This is my first entry on Glassdoor, since this was my worst recruitment experience ever. The recruiter first contacted me on Feb 2nd evening to agree time for a short call. I replied the next day with my availability. Because I haven't heard back from the recruiter, I asked on Feb 7th evening if they are still interested in me. The recruiter finally replied on Feb 8th at 11:42 PM (= midnight) and suggested call next day in the morning. Of course I couldn't confirm it back on such a short notice, but the recruiter called me anyway (I wasn't able to pick up). Then we finally agreed a time for the first phone interview. The interview was 10 - 15 minutes late for the phone interview. Basic stuff, we agreed that I will speak with the Hiring manager and his recruiting colleague will contact me to agree date/time. This never happened. I tried to contact the recruiter, but as expected, didn't get a reply. I found an email for the Hiring manager and contacted her directly. After that I got a message from the recruiter saying that they already found the right candidate and they will not need me anymore. So absolutely no Fs given about the other candidates. My whole experience with the recruiter was very bad and his treatment was very unprofessional, not respecting other people's time at all. This makes me wonder whether it's a norm in the company, or at least in its Czech office. There are several other entries on Glassdoor complaining about the recruiters in Prague. Please do something about this!
