There were 3 rounds of interviews with no structure. Company leaders have arrogance thinking candidates are desperate to join the company. They do not even bother to tell why the company is good. Thinking all candidates are active, ask why are you interested to join the company. Interviewers were arrogant and even mentioned that they are very selective and even offer candidates a pay cut. Please wake up, you are dealing with a employee driven market and candidates have other choices. The leaders are very old fashion and rude through out the interview process. However, I have to compliment the recruiter who was excellent. It was a good think it was mutually decided that the both are not interested to pursue. The organization in Asia probably need to coach their leaders to sell the brand like appropriately.
There were 4-5 rounds with different interviewers, mainly focusing on experience and behavioral questions. The TA team and leaders were friendly. Each round lasted around 30-45 minutes. Good experience overall
The interviews were long and boring. Those interviewers definitely just found the basic questions online. I answered the same questions multiple times to different people. It was getting annoying at the end. The whole process was just bad.

Very lengthy process with more than 2 months from start to finish. The interviews were quickly scheduled but decision took a long time. The interviewers were good and prepared industry leaders
