I went through only two phone interviews, about a week one from the other. The first was a motivational interview with a human resources representative asking about how would I act in specific situations within the company, teamwork, independence in carrying out prohects. The second one was a business case with the manager that was hiring me, asking which variables would I check to pick a city to launch an advertisting campaign and how would I monitor the results of it.

The interview was very well prepared and smoothly organized by the HR team. Online assessment on Hackerrank, one medium and one hard coding and 6 mcqs. Coding was based on array iteration and binary searches. Was proctored (required to turn on camera and record your screen).
2 hour long interview with 2 leet code questions. was pretty easy and interviewers were chill. 2 different swe's from 2 different teams. got offer call about 1 month after interviewing.
