I was looking for job in other country, so i should interview through mobile phone.
In first, i interviewed with outsourcing Company for Expedia.
I had job interview with human resource director of human resource department.
It takes about 15 minutes with korean and english and she gave me job description.

Multi level marketing so they want to see that you have a large friends and family circle to sell to. They are selling you on thier product which is commission on sales. What they do t tell you is that they take 65% of them.
Interview was done via phone call. I was emailed a contract offer as an Independent Contractor. I also went to the office for a tour and to meet the franchise owner in person before making a decision to sign. The office visit was optional. It is definitely beneficial to visit the office and meet face to face.
