One of the best recruitment experience so far in my career.
I applied for a role 2 years ago and went all the way to final stage. Unfortunatelly I was not successful. The recruiter kept in touch with me for 2years (!!!) when new roles came up to check wether I'd be interested. When she contacted me about this role, the process was very quick and super efficient. I can not recomment this recruiter enough. She has been fantastic at providing feedback throughout the whole process and keeping in touch for a very long time, up to a point when a role that suited me finally came up.

It was smooth, they kept in contact throughout the process and when returning to me albeit with negative feedback they provided detailed information that I could use for future interviews.

Entrevista
Unprofessional and messy interview process. Recruiter initially forgot our booked call. Duplicate questions at every stage, at final interview the interviewers gave impression they were not interested regardless of what was discussed. Dull, uninspiring. Interviewers actually spoke badly re HR department and processes. Feedback given did not align with what was discussed at interview. Office was nice and impressive however everyone I came into contact with was arrogant and did not make it feel like somewhere I would want to work.
