Had an initial call with HR, then a follow-up 45 minute interview video call with the hiring manager. They told me they were going to be chatting with other candidates and would follow up (totally understandable). Never heard anything again. If you take the time to interview someone, you should take the 30 seconds to write an email stating you've moved forward with someone else.
